Hair is our passion, and our passion shows on every client that walks out of the salon door. From Color to Facial’s, we offer the services you’ll need, to look and feel your best! As the owner of the salon, and a stylist here myself, I always wanted to have a salon that is about caring for the clients and their hair, more so than it being about money. After all, we are in this field, to care for the hair, the money should just be a bonus! I am all about keeping up on my hair education and expect the same for any stylist I have working here. 🏳️‍🌈This salon offers a safe space for all! Hatred and racism DO NOT have a place here. We want everyone to feel beautiful/their best, every time they enter through our doors, no matter who they are or where they are on their journey! 🏳️‍🌈

Cancellation Policy

~~ALL SERVICES BOOKED, REQUIRE A CARD TO BE PLACED ON FILE OF THE CLIENT WHO THE SERVICE IS FOR, OR BOOKING A SERVICE WONT BE POSSIBLE! ~~ (Minors will need a parents card to be placed on file.) 🌹PRICING POLICY: All prices quoted or appearing in print are starting at prices and are subject to change without notice. **All gift cards and sale items are non-refundable.** ALL products must be 3/4 full and you must show proof of purchase! 🌹Refund Policy: If you are unhappy with your service, we will gladly work with you to fix it, but due to the nature of the service, we do NOT offer refunds. When booking your services, you WILL be required to pay a deposit of $50, IF you have cancelled your services three times within a year, if you have LATE canceled twice within a year [where you’re charged the service fee] OR if you have NO SHOWED an appointment. (just 1 no show will require a deposit) Deposits are non-refundable when services are cancelled under 49 hours from your day of service. (48 hrs or less, you will be charged fees) 🌹Wedding Party or Large Group Policy: As a courtesy to our staff professionals, we require a 6 day cancellation notice. A credit/debit card will be required to reserve all appointments. Any cancelations made with less than 6 days notice will be charged 50% of the canceled service(s) to the credit card on file. Client will be responsible for full value of service's booked. Tardiness of 30 mins or more, will be considered a "No-show" and result in 100% of the cost of the booked service(s) will be placed on the credit card.  🌹Lateness/No Show Policy: We understand that life can change unexpectedly and at times it may affect your appointment with us. Last minute cancellations and "no shows" are detrimental to our business. Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Confirmations are a courtesy, not an obligation on our part. If you have not received a confirmation it does not waive cancellations fees. Missed appointments may incur the following fees. Cancellation more than 48 hours before scheduled service: No Charge. Cancellation 48 hours before service, 25% of Service Charge Cancellations less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours before service: 50% of Service Charge Cancellationa 24 hours or less before service, 75% of service charge . Cancellations or No Shows on the day of service, 100% of service charge. 🌹Non Payments: If you leave the salon for any reason and do not return, trying to avoid Payment for your service, you WILL be charged 100% of the service charge and the authorities will be called and a report for theft of services will be made. If you forgot something at home during or after your service is complete and haven’t yet paid, you MUST leave your credit card and ID with us and will get them back after we receive payment.
